By accessing or using the Adilbeyholding.com website and its associated asset management, structural lifecycle evaluation, and non-destructive testing (NDT) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services, including those who engage us for phased array ultrasonic testing, advanced stress analysis, or load-bearing integrity assessments of heavy industrial infrastructure.
Adilbeyholding.com specializes in the structural lifecycle evaluation and non-destructive testing of heavy industrial infrastructure. Our core services include phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT), advanced stress analysis models, and load-bearing integrity assessments for metallurgical processing plants and similar facilities.
All services are delivered in accordance with applicable global safety and operational stability regulations. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work executed between the client and Adilbeyholding.com.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the infrastructure to be assessed, including but not limited to design specifications, operational history, and any known defects or modifications.
Clients must ensure safe access to the inspection sites and comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations during the performance of services. Failure to do so may result in service delays or termination.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the performance of services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Adilbeyholding.com does not guarantee that our assessments will identify all existing defects or that the infrastructure will remain safe for any specific period beyond the scope of the analysis performed.
All reports, models, data, methodologies, and deliverables produced by Adilbeyholding.com in the course of providing services remain the intellectual property of Adilbeyholding.com, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the specific infrastructure assessed. No part of the deliverables may be reproduced, distributed, or used for any other purpose without prior written consent.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes technical data, inspection results, business processes, and financial terms.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with the express written consent of the disclosing party. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
Either party may terminate a service agreement in writing if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of written notice.
Adilbeyholding.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its website and services if a client violates these Terms of Service or engages in fraudulent or illegal activity.
Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination, and both parties shall return or destroy any confidential information belonging to the other party.
